Talk Back Session: Make Ya Money Make Sense

Join us to learn more tips and practices in creating long term wealth for your family.

Do you remember being told: "Don’t be talkin' back” or “Stay out of grown folks’ business”? Are there things you struggle with but are too ashamed to speak or seek help? IBBG Talk Back Sessions are sista circles fashioned after bell hooks’ book, Talking Back: Talking Feminist, Talking Black, to create a safe space in having those discussions.

This session is designed to elevate your current financial practices to think about investing and financial planning to build long term wealth for your family. Because as we know, 80% of Black families are led by Black women yet we make .64 to every $1 of our white male peers.

This session will NOT provide credit counseling or immediate intervention services to folks in financial crisis.
